How to keep clean when I make homemade hamburger recipe?
This is how to keep your American sandwich area in kitchen clean while making homemade hamburger. Put a clean kitchen rag in soap and water. Add several drops of bleach in it. Avoid using scrubbers! Squeeze the rag; remove excess water. Wipe the counter tops, kitchen appliances, and then stove clean. After that, wipe it again with just water or add several drops of bleach in the water. Some people use a dried rag/cloth to rub, and then buff the kitchen appliances until it gleams. Before you cook, wash your hands properly. To do this, add soap and water on your hands, rub it together until it suds. Rub between the fingers and nails, ensure to clean your hands properly. Rinse your hands properly, and then dry it with a clean paper towel.
Should I make homemade hamburger with wheat or white bread?
White flour is whole wheat grains bleached with chemical agents. They produce natural white flour as well. Therefore, it comes down to how healthy you want to eat? If you are seeking a belly full and do not care what you eat? Buy white bread! If you prefer healthy food? Make your sandwich with whole wheat bread.

Directions
Instructions:
1) Put the minced meat on a clean surface, such as on grease paper. Use the sea salt only to season the mince. 2) Use your hand to shape the mince in a circle like a burger. Take a fork and make holes in the burger. 3) Put to heat a frying pot for one minute with the stove gauged at eight. Now put the oil in, and wait for one minute. Before you add the burger Sprinkle a little flour on the two sides. Add the burger. 4) Allow to fry on one side for three minutes, then use the burger holder or fork to flip the burger onto the other side. Add the sliced onion around the burger in the pot. Now with a small baking pan, and a five-pound weight covered with clean cloth; put the baking pan bottom down over the burger into the pot on the stove still gauged at eight. Then put the five pounds of weight in the baking pan. It will compress the burger to ensure a grilled flavor. 5) Allow to simmer for four minutes. “The baking pan will be hot so use hand holders to remove it.” Now remove the grilled onions. 6) Note: (you can use your hand to push down on the baking pan in the pot to add force to the burger, instead the weights.) Just be sure to be safe by padding your hand properly.) 7) It will still have a little blood into it. Flip it on the other side cover and allow to simmer for two more minutes on each side. Therefore, in total, it took eleven minutes to cook this hamburger. 8) A tip is to use a knife to cut right in the middle of the burger patty. The other burger piece can be used to make another hamburger. I often put the other piece in the freezer for up to a month. To re-heat just put a little oil in a frying pot, then fry for one minute on each side. 9) Now use the next four minutes to dress the hamburger. Toast the burger bun or sliced bread. Lie the top bun top down. Add some mayonnaise, a little Ketchup, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, the burger patty, and next the cheese with the bottom bun top facing down. Now, hold well and turn the burger up-right.
